I usallly just click the light bulb above my head. Im pritty sure you get it from agent E from most towns. You have a chance to get agent chaos scroll which you can use on agent equipment.

BobRFrom EVERY "Today's Mission" you get a secret agent box that has a CHANCE to contain items (apparently USE items, or at least that's all I've gotten so far). The "best" item is a 100% Agent Chaos Scroll. I've also gotten various HP/MP items.
