New GM alert system doesnt work?

last night while looking for an HH to solo, at creeping evil, i saw a vac hacker, so i decided to use the new GM alert system. saved name, clicked the Button, clicked conversation claim, put in the hackers IGN, typed in " i saw this person using vac hack". clicked claim, notice says please try again later, tried again, same thing. then i tried the old alert system, and they got them switched up, clicked alert GM, and it was the add junior button. any one else having this problem?

It's glitched. It will not work either way you do it.

I've tried it and the same thing happened. But later on when i was in fm a message came up saying, "The user has been banned" So i searched the person on Site and she's still there. =/

Also When you want to report somone it says error

We should probablly start something here on Basil, like a list of hackers, if this problem persists.

Yep, Rather foolish. There is more hackers than ever, now that we can't report anyone. You know. If they did anything about reports.

prob GM's don't want to take there time lookin over the reports? It's happening to me too
