Well i accidently gave some1 negative feedback cuz he was never on.. then he was on and i would like to give him positive feedback. Is there a way to take off my feedback?

Yeah, after reporting you just wait around until mrbasil removes it. Be aware that it may take a few days before he gets to it though.
