MapleGlobal website hacked?

So after the server check last night, i tryed to logg on Ms but it says it couldn't be found. So i decied to delete it and redownload but as i got on the internet and typed in Maplestory.com it took me to some other websites. Then i tryed going to google and going on the homepage from there but it did the same thing and i even tryed going on nexon.net, still it took me to another website. I ran my virus scanner several times and no viruses seem to be detected so i dont know what to do, any suggestions?

Let me guess, it links you to All Over Lexi? (do not google this) If so, go to C:/WINDOWS/System32/drivers/etc/ Look for HOSTS, open it with notepad, delete anything to do with Nexon. @ Above: Hes not stripped.

He never said he logged in o.O Also MapleStory.com, also works as it takes you to the universal site, and is perfectly safe. D/w, you probably won't get hacked.

I remember I downloaded a meso generator, and then having the same problem as this guy. I remember going to my internet files and using some program to clear it all out. I can suggest CCleaner to clean out your internet files.

then you downloaded something with a link cable. the highest chance of you being stripepd or p/w changed or pinchanged is 1/87 (approx, due to all the other counters) that is because the link cable only redirects your computer to a different site, usually a diirty site. i suggest you read the meso generator forums to find out how yoi uget rid of this problem, after that redownload maplestory. to delete the problem you only need the find the file and open it up and delete the content (do not delete the whole thing.) good luck saving your maplestory account no one call me a nerd please -.-"

Browser Hijacking is a local attack that re-directs legitimate web traffic to bad sites. DNS poisoning sending the wrong IP address when your computer requests the IP of the targeted site. This can be done locally on your machine or remotely on a DNS server.
