My friend told me that i have to be lvl 15+ and my account need to be 15 days old to buy a store permit.I'm lvl 15+ but my account is not 15 days old yet, what happen if my friend gift me a store permit will it still work?

U have to be lvl 16+ to transfer 1mill+ a day/ So if your lvl 15 you can use the permit but u can only make 1mill per day.

You have to be over level 15 to trade more than 1mil a day. If you're level 15 or lower, you can only trade 1mil/day.

You can use a permit at any level...And whatever the age is. I've made numerous mules. You just cant transfer/spend over 1M a day if you're not lv16+

Yeah, had to wait like 2 weeks to get gacha when I first made an account. Same applies for a store I think? If you want to check, go into CS and see if you can buy a permit. If the "Buy" button is gray, just means you have to wait. 2weeks, you can live right?:]

You have to be at least level 16 to trade more than 1,000,000 mesos per day. That's why most mules/merchants only go up to level 16. Also, your account has to be 15 days old, not the character.
