I was just wondering why there is a listing for Zhelms and HT Pendants but not Skill books Like TT10, ACB10, AR10? also MoNs. A few of my friends have already sold some of the skills but i think it would be easier to sell if we can sell it here on basil

Can you scissor an item more than once? Like if you want to xfer an item to a char on the same acct? Like if your lower lvl char was to wear your higher lvl's zhelm? I have one of those untradeable branch noses and want to xfer it to one of my chars on the same acct...
