EllinForest Glitched?

For some reason in Ellin the NPCs don't work, When I try to click them nothing happens, only the shops and the PQ fairy works, I tried relogging and redownloading maple, but that doesn't help at all, it isn't lagg, and everyone in my bl says it works for them, so is there a way to fix this?

Its suppose to be like that No NPC are suppose to work except for Pot Shop and Pq NPC

there not surpose to work , they dont work in MSEA and other versions , and it doesnt work for me

yeah i got the same thing .... mass clicking on a few NPCs but nothing happens ... guess no one knows how to talk.
