9x training spots and Casters

Hi im a level 91 lowdex hermit with a range of 11xx-17xx with no attack pot. I have max sp, 10 alchemist, 21 avenger and 3 fj. I was wondering which would be better exp: Sniping at jr. Newts w/ apple or Himes w/ apple or Something else? Also what att caster can i get with 70-75m?

if you only have 70m to spend on a casters, you shouldnt be apple training. Just snipe newts.

why does rarely anyone agree with Nightshadows? Great money and badge redemption and I've got millions alone from the black crystal ores and dark crystal ores they drop not to mention the amazing exp. I went from level 95 0% to 98 with 60% with only 2illbi's 3steely's 6icicles in 4 hours. x2 exp of course however normal would be half. I highly suggest nightshadows since they don't really have a magic attack. I use barely any pots and just gain mesos training there.

idk khaini prices, but in bera i bought my 57 atk casters for 60m, so i would guess maybe a 57-58 atk you can afford
