I was wondering if 270k for a Dragon Toenail was a good deal, 55 Atk 7 Slots. And how long will it last me to? Thanks.

If you're slightly well funded, to 43 when you can get a wagner. Personally, I went from a K-fan straight to a Wagner, which I switched out for the Shinkita at 50.

@hsalf: If you're rich enough for a dep star, you might as well just have gotten the zhelm. Costs are roughly the same with the zhelm giving a much bigger boost in stats. The Spiegallman necklace is still one of the best deals for lower-leveled characters.
