On the website it says Wednesday,23 10pm~6:30am but its already the 23 0-0. So when will it be today or tomorrow?

The patch says today's date, but it also says "Wednesday". I have no idea. Either in an hour or it's tomorrow.

~50 minutes. It's TONIGHT not tomorrow. Nexon always makes typos when they mean the day before that. If you look on notes for patch .71, when Anniversary was extended, it says it's extended till June 23 Midnight, so it is updating tonight.
