Shadow Meso has Acc Requirement?

Is Shadow Meso similar to PowerGuard in that it can hit any monster regardless of it's Acc?

I tried it on the flying books at Haunted House and it just hit Miss on them. xD

It works on those rock golems in GPQ.. i've never tried doing it on the flying books in the haunted house before though..

does it matter is shadow mesos work? cause u only put on point into it (i think, im not even sure if u have enough sp to put 1 onto it)

i tired it, if you get darknessed (acc decrease) it will still miss.
