I don't know if I should be happy that this new system will be awesome, or sad that I'm gonna have to pay another gazillion dollars to replace the outdated machinery that the 360 will become. *sigh*

It's simply a current Xbox 360 implemented with Natal... not a new, graphically improved Xbox.

well on one of related things on the side it says its a new 360 RUMOR there still in the stage of coming up with a new console im pretty sure its just one of the hundreds of desings

From as far as I can tell it will be a 360 with Natal, like peaceplease said. If you watch the video that is dated from the 16th, you'll notice that Natal might also be an available upgrade to those who already have a 360. For an additional cost of course.

It's not a new Xbox. It's a new Xbox 360 , which could mean a different chip just like the Jasper one that replaced the Falcon? I think it was called Falcon. Not really much of a difference though. The dude from Microsoft said 360 will last until 2015 so we won't have a new Xbox until around that time.

I was pretty sure people from all three companies said they expected the current generation to last much longer then the last did. And we're nowhere near that yet.
