Well i found out a way to run two maplestory clients on one comp. Im making two user log-ins on windows xp and just keep switching back and forth between accs and have both maplestory up on each acc. I heard u can get banned for doing this if u dont change the name of something but i forgot what. Please let me kno if i can get banned for this and if i can please tell me what to change. Thank You :D

Nexon may think your using a 3rd party program to do this, so they may ban you. I'm not sure through.

You can't ... I mean you're not using a 3rd party program right? Then it should be fine.

It's impossible to find out your doing this unless nexon can tell what internet address you're using because if both computers are in the same house it's likely your using the same internet address. I've played games in the past where the company that owns it do this (monitor what internet address you're using and can easily tell when it has been logged in twice.) Sorry if its bad grammar, its very early in the morning.

To thread starter: I think there's a hack shield error if you use the account switching method. I'm not sure about a ban though. |
