So some how i had picked up a Blue Metus from somewhere that someone dropped, but i see theres no listing for it since its supposed to be a rare item of some sorts. So speaking of that, how much would this item sell for

Depends of the stats afcourse. And it's not rare.

Well its Fast, +4 Dex, Weapon Attack 88 and Knock back is 60% with 7 slots

Unfortunately, it is not much. I just got a metus for 199,999 with 87 attk. I got it cause it looks kinda cool.

Blue Metus are sorta rare here. Try 200k. It's below average.
