Everytime i run MS (or dragonica) i get this error,ioctl has failed with code 5, and all i can do is click 'ok' and it comes up again and again and keeps coming up till i exit the game. What does it mean?

It means that something is blocking the sending of IOCTL (messages sent from user-mode programs to kernel-mode programs).
