...XBow FA lower your DPM? The FAQ doesn't explain this phenomenon D=

4STRisBad ot: you fire 1 more arrow at a slower speed. in that time frame you could've shot 2 more arrows in the time it took for FA to activate.

FA shoots faster than a normal arrow. HOWEVER, it only shoots ONE arrow. So while it is better than Double Shot or Arrow Blow, it is a lot worse than using a mob skill, which are always better exp-wise compared to single-target attacks. In the section where it lists the pros and cons of FA, for Bows, it increases SINGLE-TARGET DPM, but for XBows, it DECREASES it. That's what I'm wondering about. Ah, here we are: Archer Skill Build Guide said: "Pros ? If you are a Hunter, FA will increase your damage over time compared to FA-less DS or AB. ?FA is a free attack and therefore costs no MP. This means that, in those levels, you save money on potions. ?FA fires at a faster rate than any regular attack. ?On certain HP brackets, depending on your damage, FA can act as a finisher, speeding up kills. This "finisher" effect generally has a greater impact on training rate than the sheer damage over time increase. ?It has no minimum range. ?FA does not work with 3rd job skills. It doesn't lower your damage with double shot/arrow blow. It lowers your damage with arrow bomb/iron arrow. This is especially important for hunters because they use arrow bomb in higher lvls as well and it makes it less useful because final attack doesn't stun and makes you to shoot less arrow bombs which does stun.

For XBow Final Attack is very slow.

Final Attack is faster for Hunters than it is for Crossbowmen. It lowers DPS by a small degree, rather than raising it by a large degree.
