FOR BMs: Perfect Blue Metus or Perfect Dragon Shiner? FOR MMs: Perfect Night Raven's Eye or Perfect Dragon Shiner?

dragon shiner cross for sure. Though the night raven's eye requires 40 less str and is fast speed, it also comes with 13 less base attk. As you get to higher levels, dex starts to matter less and w.att starts to matter more. I'd choose shiner

Obviously, a shiner would be better, and i don't think one perfectly scrolled would cost a whole lot more then a perfectly scrolled blue metus, maybe it will cost even less.

For both: Perfect Dragon Weapon, since they get like a 10 att boost and that easily beats the speed difference.
