Hello basil, lately my neighbours have been playing really high arabic music, and my mom cant sleep at all becuase of that, she the type that goes to bed at 10 and wakes up 05:30. We tried to call em with private number they answer and then hung up, we take a broom and hit on the floor(lol) but they still play music.. I said to my mom let me play my bass test on my sound system but she was like nah, then i suggested throwing fireworks into their mailbox, she said nah too. But when i suggested to break their "parabol" (i think in english? so they cant watch their tv shows from iraq and so on) she didnt say nothin at all, lol.. So what should I do? It is really annoying.. thank you.

Knock on their door, and tell them to stop? I think if you break their TV antenna or w/e, violence is sure to ensue
