My friend's head is stuck

We were just having fun and all, being stupid, but not that stupid. Then, we saw a couple of kids getting beat up in the alleyway under my house's window. My friend wanted to yell at the gangsters, and since my windows are barred, he stuck his head through the bars to be loud enough. Unfortunately, the kids still got beaten, and then they left. My friend was pretty pissed off at that, so he wanted to go and teach those guys a lesson. When he got up, he realized his head is stuck between the bars of my window. He's next to me right now and all so I was wondering if there's any easy way to get his head out... Thanks basil! ^^
