Leeching is not against TOS, unless you pay NX or real life money for it, or you bought from a hacker. Therefor, it is not bannable.

Its just partying and you getting some exp, there is nothing in the maplestory terms of service which could possibly get you banned from just partying and getting some exp just dont leech off a hacker

You might be thinking of the glitch from a long time ago. That was bannable, and they patched it soon after
