Why are black raggedy capes so expensive now?

Well I was doing KPQ on my lower level character today and a guy in my party traded me and said I like your cape, and offered to buy it for 10m. I offered 10.1 m and he accepted. Why are black raggedy capes so expensive all of a sudden? A while back one like mine barely sold for 900k, and yesterday I saw a 3 attack one go for 24m. Lucky I got mine for 1k :D I got it from a mage who didn't need it.

because they give atk like PACs at low lv., and so it's more useful. also i think when pac prices deflate black raggedy go up. i know what u mean i had trouble selling mine before
