Do you think the 4 Candle Event was rigged?

I noticed that the majority of the people who won a prize came from the more unpopulated servers. There were hardly any from Scania or Bera, but i noticed TONS from Khani, Kradia (ALOT from this one), Bellocan, and Mardia. Im not trying to put those servers down or anything, just saying that their not quite as populated as Scania or Bera. I would think there would be alot comming from those two servers, especially Scania, since their the most populated. Im sorry if you think im wrong on this, please no flamming. Its just something I was thinking about for a while during the event. Maybe nexon is trying to bunk up the populations of those servers? Or maybe its just a coincedence, I dont know. Post what you think.

search all of the winners on rankings. seriously none of them are over lvl 20 and they're all new characters (it tells you right beside their character pic if they're new)

lol I did it a couple of times but when that little notice came in the chat where it says "So-and-so from this-server just won whatever. Let's congratulate him/her", it was never from Windia or Scania. If it came up, it was mostly Mardia, Bellocan, or Kradia. I didn't even see any Demethos at all (not that I really give a ****). And what is up with that him/her thing? When you're around the people I'm around, it sounds real sick...
