Negative Ele wand/staff effect

One of my AM buddies said that Ele wand will drop in value, after comming patch. He said that with this patch the ele wands will have a negative affect, meaning bishop cannot use ele wands any longer. He said that this also happend with KMS when they got TT-patch etc. So im wondering guys, is this true..? Would be nice XD (no offence bishops) coz they make the ele wands so damm xpensive :S

I kind of want Bishops to still be able to use them beceuse i think its special to get an ele wand/staff because they are so rare. I know when i got mine i was soo happy, but if they become easy to get and become much cheaper they won't be so special.

Hmm I'm pretty satisfied with my 114 stat Shine Wand, and it gives a nice HP/MP bonus as well. The Ewands are just too expensive...

It's been close to a year since their release and they were already operated on once to enable the effects, if they didn't activate the negative multipliers then or in any subsequent patch since, I am highly skeptical that they would do that now. However, if what you say is true (that KMS applied the negative during the Time Temple patch), this will probably the best and last opportunity for people to expect this change. That is, if they copy and paste data from KMS...
