Unfair suspension?

After just reading about the whole Kazoo & Kevvl situation, I've decided to write about my experience of an unfair suspension from a mod. I had created a thread on June 12th, 2009 regarding a trailer to a film, Do Comeco ao Fim. I received a THREE day suspension because of the title. My suspension Justification: I was suspended for the title of my thread regarding a very touching and possibly controversial trailer that would be one of the best films that could possibly be released, though only in Brazil. The title was Gay/Incest Movie , which was exactly what the movie was about. I posted it on basil, seeing how basil would understand the concept. The thread itself didn't 'cause flaming nor was I blame-baiting for anything. The title was meant to inform the viewers/posters about what the video would be about. I didn�t' want to lead basilers to going to the video, unaware of the concept of it. And then posting about how disgusting/ranting/and just 'causing a flame war, because others will be defensive of the concept. But by warning people, and allowing them to get the gist of the film, it wouldn't 'cause any harm, which is exactly what it did do. [So those un-interested in the film didn't need to bother approaching the thread] The trailer was intended to open the minds of people who were against or had an issue with Homosexuality/Incest. I wasn't intending to change anyone's opinion, nor their views, but to keep an open mind. And the fact I got suspended because of the title, just proves that the mod who suspended me wasn't keeping an open mind about the situation at hand. It's unfair that a mod had to be biased about the situation or thread. Kevvl had posted within the thread, stating that the conversation within the thread was quite mature and above his expectations that basil could comprehend such a subject. He didn't lock/delete/suspend me for this. Yet another mod, quite biased, had suspended me. I find it unjust and unfair. This was the report I sent in, that I doubt was looked at. I never got a reply by any of the mods stating a reason to justify it, other than the title was inappropriate. The thread itself was also deleted, instead of having a simple title change, or a possible warning about it. >_>;;

They don't give a damn if you got suspended. To them, if you get suspended, then it's final. Yet another mod, quite biased, had suspended me. I find it unjust and unfair.

I received a unfair suspension awhile back. I sent a report towards Mr.Basil, and sure enough, in less then 2 hours, my suspension was taken away.

Mods don't look at reports about suspensions do they? Those go straight to MrB. Wouldn't expect a message back unless you PM'd a mod personally(Which in your case might have been a good idea). Although I probably have a good idea as to which mod it was. And you've got quite the case.

The mod obviously only likes straight/non-family lover movies. It's clearly the only explanation.

The report goes to MrB and he decides what to do from there. If you weren't unbanned, MrB must not have had a problem with the ban. Or your report was lacking. @above, You do realize he only resigned technically a few days ago. Not much as "gone down hill" And how well Shroomishly did the job is debatable.
