Hello,recently i got banned for illegal charging stuff,so i need to make a new account.The problem is that I'm from Europe.There was a program that could change your IP or whatever to help you register/play in GMS wich was posted on Basil.Was it patched?If not could you please link or guide to it. I believe it's called Hotspot Shield. Although I have never used it :P

Hot spot shield. I installed it and ran away in fear so I uninstalled it. It was doing things... Can you have someone else sign up for you?

I had it on my computer, and it worked fine. However, Ive heard some people say they got banned for using 3rd party programs, so I don't advice using it.

People from Europe can't access accounts created after a certain date. The date is on the Nexon site, so you can't make a new account to play on.
