At first i was excited. Maybe because he was black. His ideas sounded awesome. Change. Freedom. That stuff. And recently.... I regret all the great stuff I thought he was. Debt-tons of it. Guantanamo Bay being closed?-This is very scary. Threats from Russia+North Korea+Iran?Terrifying. Am I the only one who feels like this?

The problem would never be solved that easily. Too many factors, too many risks. Obama is playing it safe, and some people hate him for that. I think it's great we're not in TOTAL chaos, honestly.

Just because his nationalization of health care will be the greatest economic change in the last 70 years and because the 15% of Americans who don't have insurance, we need to rethink the ENTIRE health care system. We are spending trillions of dollars in bailouts, spending packages and expanding the role of government in our lives. We are going to take from the evil rich and give to the poor who are all victims of the capitalist system because we don't need the word "earn" anymore. But then again, he's black.

I feel the same way. Edit-Off Topic. My thoughts on Universal Healthcare: long waits, not everyone gets the attention they need, doctors won't strive to be the best they can be if there isn't any competition/private practice. But it's a great idea if there is a way to have that along with private practice.

I don't pay attention to the news or anything, the only regret is probably the stupid sounding way my mom pronounces his name. Well if I read correctly, I'm kinda scared he's trying to get rid of nuclear weapons while some other places are developing them. And sorry for sounding like an ignorant racist fool D: My mum raised me to be that way and the story got to my better judgement.
