I'm caught up whether I should be an I/L mage or a Cleric. They both seem fun, but I'm not which one I will enjoy more. I want to be a cleric because of healing and *possibly* selling leech when I get high enough. I want to be an I/L because of the cool skills and nice mob attack in 2nd job. Which one would I benefit from more financially?

Manuel0906I/L are hell of fun all through. Be a cleric if you're planning on going 120+ and Like to earn some extra money. I/L are good in mobbing as well, they save money because of freezing.

guides are there for a reason. They don't look pretty for no reason.

Cleric's are truly a pot saving money making company. I've had all three jobs, cleric, f/p, and i/l. My f/p and i/l burn almost 3x the pots my cleric does. If you're poor, pick cleric.

Like Siddysidsid said, Clerics are ideal for money making, after you have certain skills maxed. Such as MPEater, which, after every spell-based attack, has a chance of absorbing some MP from the enemy being attacked, if it has any. Pretty good at max if you train on heal-able monsters (if your partying) However, relatively useless when you're partying at non-heal monsters. Unless you use SR often. Anyways, Heal (of course) saves HP potion money. So whereas the I/L (if they even put points on MPEater, I don't know, haven't played one) would benefit solely from only less MP potion usage, Clerics would benefit from less MP potion usage, and omit HP potion usage entirely. (however, it's recommended you keep some with you at all times, just in case). I won't say anything about I/L's. Not out of Bias, but because I'm hellishly inexperienced in that respect. I'll leave another person to say the pro's (and possibly con's) of making an I/L. However, our posts will in no way replace a guide; they're the best thing to turn to with this problem.

Financially : Clerics heal ----> Hp up ----> No Hp potions ----->also attacks undead monster ----> does damage -----> Mp eater ---------> Heals Mp -----> not as much mp potions wasted -----> save money ----> better financially
