i can run cs:s 60+ FPS and with maplestory 15- FPS 3gb RAM Geforce 7200 GS OC'd 320gb HD

ah let's see i think maple has problems with the 7000 series from NVIDIA in the first place but honestly, a 7200GS isn't powerful at all, a cheap $30 8400GS is at least 4x as powerful try updating drivers at link

I had exactly the same problem. Stop overclocking your vid card. That should fix it.
