ok can anyone help me download KMS and bypass the IP block thingy? i just wanna test KoC xD EDIT: forget it... i can't even read KMS...

You don't need an IP Bypasser for KMS. You just need an ID, 5 hours to download, preparation for loot lag, and you're set. EDIT: @Above, in KMS you don't need a Parent character of lv20+, while in MSEA you do.

Im not sure if its for MapleStory or some other game that also originated in Korea, but you have to tell them everything pretty much, like, adress, phone number, a picture of you, etc.

You need a kssn code (one for every Korean) You'll have to steal someone's kssn code, which is really private. Or create a random one o.o

By the way you can not play unless you have a KSSN KSSN stands for Korea Social security number which is only for people that live in korea
