| Okay, i'm getting bored of my bandit so I'm starting a str-less gunslinger. I know there are public opinions that strless gunslingers suck even with maple weapons, i dont care doesnt hurt to try, and you never tried. Okay, so first of all should i max SSK or DS first and should i max bullet time instead of SSK? Since I'm strless im assuming ssk would be completely usesless, i have a 45 att fish spear though... equips: so far im going to 10% and then 6 100% the level 10 gun which gives me 24 weapon attack. I'm guessing that should be sufficient to last me until my 35 maple gun. What other equips should i get? I'm getting the maple equips, bathrobe...how expensive are 10 str bathrobes? and slime shoes. And finally how should i train: ssk or gun? also are slingers fun? is there any other class thats fun? and not boring |

| since we've never tried, we cant really help you x___x on topic, just remember that SSK becomes useless in 2nd job so, the only reason why you would want it, would be to help you in 1st job training when DS just doesnt hit hard enough. assuming the high dex will change your damage from 1,1, then stuff SSK |

 | go DS > Dash > SSK > 11 BT i think i could be missing a skill in the middle. then max BT at the end of 2nd job. i'd recommend using a gun, since you will have very little str. you can tote around a fish spear (or w/e its called) if you want, but i'd use a gun. SSK still will come in handy during mobs at Caution falling down, sand rats. |

| Kick is based on St, no point in maxing it if you HAVE NONE. f3 |

| hey. i had a strless slinger until lvl 25. THEY ABSOLUTELY SUCK. the small dex boost is not worth staying with a pistol until lvl 35. even my funded slinger 10 atk glove and stuff was getting outdamaged by regstr slingers unfunded. do not go strless. it is terrible. |

Funny I had a low str slinger but still used the level 10 gun and was doing more damage than unfunded slingers. Why? Because I didn't 100% my gun. |

| From experience, you're going to need alot more funding than what you appear to have. Seeing as how your lvl 64 gun will be your end game weapon, it's going to have to be spectacular, compared to regular strengths getting the level 100-110 guns. Either stick with the account you have, or go reg. str. Edit: Snails: I know lvl 5x strless slingers that can hit 700-800x2 per DS. Why is that? Because they're amazing if you can fund them. |

I doubt anyone repititively PQ's all the way to 70. And why stop at 70? You have MPQ, CWKPQ, PPQ, etc etc. It gets so boring and slow . Anything is amazing if you can fund it. At early 5x, my slinger (funded with like 10m, pretty much no funding, since i blew all of that 10m on pots in the first 40-50 lv's) hit 500/600's, not on snails either. On grizzlys, so add like 50 for the damage taken off by wep def. Compared to the 5x strless, that should have gotten a new wep at lv 43, and had a crapload more dex then me, not to mention alot more funding, his damage was like 150-250 more then me. ooo, big deal. i prolly outdamage him/her now (if they're still at lv 60). If their 64+, they prolly outdmg me for another 15 lv's. |

| Instead of doing STR-less you should do ++dex. The drop of points in STR is just gimping your slinger (by way of weapon choice I mean). Weapon choices are a huge upgrade in damage and most likely one that you don't want to skimp on. Of course you can just super godly a maple cannon shooter to like 80 atk or higher but then you can just scroll an 80atk+ Infinity way easier. Bottom line is, level 1-70 you are going to hit about as hard as a midget bodybuilder compared to other classes anyway. Just save your money til the 3rd job and go all out on godly equips, that's when it really matters... |
