Now that Nexon's screwed everything up, do me a favor. Go back to v29, and imagine training, day after day, for sins, you were most likely at Fly Eyes from 51-65. Many people whine about this "EXP Curve". When I rejoined on my Priest, I was 78% before I left, then I was 99%. Guess what I was thinking? "lolnexon" How many of the LEGIT "STRONG" NL's/Hermits quit? I can name a few right off the bat. Shynobi, Laid, Kialandi, Suuuushi? The third name most of you don't know. But before dupe came into play, he was extremely strong. Back on topic. How many of the "good players" Quit because of what Nexon was doing to the game? A lot? Remember 3rd job? Remember Hermits being the fastest...? When fourth job was released, you literally had to afk with an auto potter/auto attacker to level. My main point is, I liked gMS back in v26-v48. Any time before fourth job, it was awesome. Nice people, considerate, Pqs were fun, LPQ, KPQ, only ones out for awhile... Smuggling too! The fun it was! You'd get a party of 5, and 1 smuggler, and level from 35-43 in 2 hours in LPQ, you made so many friends this way... Now on to the OPQ glitchfest. This is when everything started heating up, people getting flamed at, the maple community was slowing crashing, burning... Now when CPQ was released, all hell broke loose then. Everyone wanted power. If you weren't rich, you weren't anything. Nothing more than a piece of dust... Now look at the FM! Merchants EVERYWHERE. I mean, they hack to get their spots... now go back to V29, almost no one "hacked" to get their spots. Some people sat there... hour after hour, waiting for the person to move to get a nice spot. Now, if you get a good spot with a normal permit, someone's gonna dc you or something else. Remember a 6atk glove being worth almost 50mil at points? Remember Suuuushi's+Popmycherry2's 15 atk WGs? Worth 2.1bil! Now...? "Pfft, 15 atk. NOOB! My 16 atk is so much pro!" Remember when STEELIES were rare? And if you had more than 5 sets, you were considered a god? I mean... ilbis? No way! Wizet won't release a 27 atk star, they wouldn't do that! -A few patches later...- ILBAIS. Now in v70. LOL ILBIS? NOOB. GET SOME CRYSTAL ILBIS. I'm not sure if anyone remembers... but. Laid's 55 atk Black Rab. That thing was worth billions back then. Now? Like 100-200mil? Now, in v29, how many people do you think had NX? "ALMOST EVERYBODY, NOOB. WOW. Most of the people here are hypocrites. They say they miss the old days, where it wasn't about damage and levels, but now look at them. These same people who want to go back to taking days to level up from let's say 30-31, are now the people who are up there past the third job. These same people are using pqs such as CPQ to help them level from 30-50 in just a few days. Plus, you don't have to bother with hackers. The TS says he/she misses when people would stop to help others? You can still do that. It's not like the world has changed. Nexon has just added more and more to the game. Also, merchants? No one says you have to sell your items to them. And to those who are going to say I'm probably also a hypocrite or just another as you say, "Dark Age" noob here: I made my first character in 2005. It was a warrior. I played for the full summer vacation and got to level 15. Messed up stats, garbage damage, but I had fun sure. I then started up again in 2007. This time I got to level 23 (warrior). Again, messed up stats, garbage damage, no real plan for job. Near the end of this summer I found out about guides (yeah, call me a noob). I resumed playing in November of that year, and have been playing since. Out of the three time periods, I think it's obvious that the third would be my favourite. Every time I level, it feels like another accomplishment. Oh and also, in all my years I've never bough Nexon Cash.

ugh back then there was sooo less thing to do, i remember that i dl that game and installed it and thougt...what is this, and deinstalled it right after,guys be honest,u just enjoyed it more back then cuz u were exploring much more and now, there's not much 2 explore...or u just r getting older and dont have to power to explore and/or r 2 old to get amused bout the"little things in life".

Ah how i miss looting hackers. Back when hitting level 30 was an accomplishment. And it took more then an hour of nothingness. Before all this looting came into play. Before level 200 was even thought about. I wish i could go back in time >_<

I joined in v 30 on my character easterman200. I'm one old man
