Leprechauns. I think its around 1mil per hour not including equips.

In my experience, the Skeletons at Perion were pretty good (nice NPCable equips and scrolls). Cube Slimes are good too (Claw ATK 60% and drops Chaos Scroll [never found yet during my long time hunting Maple Shields though]).
