Are there lvl requirements to upgrading the maple cape?

Yeah. First cape is lvl 20 nothing really special. Second cape is lvl 40 speed +5 and Jump +3.

No. I know the capes have lvl requirments. My question is can I upgrade the cape to the final lvl even though I'm not lvl 70. I'm lvl 20 atm and I want to get the lvl 70 cape. Is this possible?

Yes it is I have the lvl 40 earrings on my lvl 10...

You need to be within 5 levels of the cape level to start the quest. (i.e you want to have the level 40 cape, you need to be at least 35.)

oh...5 lvls withing the next cape... Does anyone know when the events are supposed to end? In other words, when would be the last chance to upgrade the cape.
