So where did the universe come from..? Or God, for that matter? I don't believe in God (to me, he's like some magical Santa Clause, no offense), but the Big Bang doesn't make much sense either when it goes against one of the fundamental laws of physics or whatever

No one knows the answer. It's all soo complicated. There could have been trillions of big bangs before our universe. History could repeat itself. All the matter gets condensed into a point smaller than the period at the end of this sentence, and then just violently explodes. It's also weird how the universe is the only thing out there, and anything else beyond that is nothing. But, the universe is continuously expanding, so the universe is expanding into nothing, but the nothing becomes part of the universe, but it was just previously nothing. If that makes any sense

The Big Bang Theory's only real proof, I believe, is something like a smoke from a gun. There are still some super-heated particles out in the universe that well, are just there. And then there's the expanding universe...which was proven through..I don't remember who. But the stars appear to be moving away from each other each year.

I fail to see how this fact is an issue for believing in God or the Big Bang Theory. @Icyredslush: Theories are, by definition, unprovable. You assume a theory because there's no way to prove it. You then base other things on that theory. The reason it's a theory is because there's no way to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt it happened (there's no way to prove God exists, either).
