did tiger start over his account why is he level 55? he is suspose to be the stronger then lev 55?im confuse

Tiger got a name change and a world xfer for free, his ign is cscX and the Tiger now is Bayleef's hb mule.

cscX is in bera. Tiger is in scania Tiger deleted his account. Bayleef (Tiger's friend) now owns the ign Tiger. He uses it as a HB mule. @above: if cscX was Tiger, he would have an immigrant tag
