People without Maplestory accounts are now allowed to post

I have came across tons of these accounts that I assume are fake because they have 0 feedback and no name at all for any account on MS. Is this now allowed on basil? If so what was the point of changing the avatar and account system to get rid of fake accounts?

Since it's been happening alot, I'm guessing it is. I just hate that all these random people are coming out of nowhere and start acting like they've been here forever.

I don't even get why getting rid of the feedback rule was a good idea. Everyone's argument was "Well if people don't play Maple now they can still participate in the site". They still could, they just couldn't make threads, and it's a freaking MapleStory based website . I see no reason why someone would want to make an account here if they don't play MapleStory.

Read what I jus said to samass Honestly guys, it doesn't make sense for the average user to complain about 0 FB trolls more than the mods who hafta actually clean up their constant trouble. Though, I do admit, users who don't have any characters listed shouldn't be able to post. In fact I jus sent MrB a PM urgin him to consider adoptin such a policy.

You didn't even need to provide proof -- I jus had to think for a few seconds to remember one of 12 BasilIDs that fit the description. There is a problem, though. MSEA's rankings are still down, so...any 0 FB troll could jus use an MSEA IGN and act like it's really their character. We can't easily verify it, we'd jus gotta believe em.
