Hybrid? Spearman? Pole-Arm Man? Which one would you say?

How would one make a hybrid? im lookin for tips and possible builds

Same as well DKs depends on funding though. Hybrid is just being able to use a Polearm in early levels because it's clearly more superior then a spear in 2ND and 3RD. The Spear mastery and booster are just for 4TH job when you start using spears a lot more. Other then that no need to worry about your stats I say Cap it at 50 or 60 W/e you want. No need for FA it's just a waste of points. Check out the guide stickied in this section is should help you with your questions.

here's what you do in 2nd job, don't get FA :D call us back when you hit 3rd ^o^ (go PA fury first)
