| I have been trying to convince people to train at Crimsonwood Keep for some time now and here is an easy guide on how to SOLO train a DK from 6X to 100. Here are some reasons on why you should train in Crimsonwood Keep. 1. Tornado Corridor has far more Windraiders in a smaller area than Lower Ascent. This meaning if you go PA first you have higher exp per minute than at Lower Ascent. 2. All Crimsonwood Keep monsters have slow attacking speed. (Meaning that you can see them attacking before you get hit and you can jump out of the way) 3. Stormbreakers are a far better choice to train at then at Wolf Spiders. 4. Once you get inside the Keep you basically just choose a room to train in. (If you want to try Stormbreakers one day) 5. Nightshadows are GREAT exp for the 95+ crowd. 6. Almost 90% of the rooms are empty (Not including Nightshadow rooms) Downside to training in Crimsonwood Keep 1. There is a long walk for those who havnt done the Mark of Heroism Quest. 2. ALL Monsters that are in Crimsonwood Keep are AUTO AGGRO! This means they will attack you without you touching them. For those that arent in the know Crimsonwood Keep has an inner chamber called The Hall of Mastery. The Hall of Mastery is broken off into 5 doors with 5 different types of monsters in them. Windraiders - LV 70, 800 exp, 16000 HP, Map-Tornado Corridor (Bottom Left) Stormbreakers - LV 80, 1650 exp, 38000 HP, Map - Stormhall (Bottom Right) Firebrand [1] - LV 90, 910 exp , 21000 HP, Map - The Inferno Chamber (Middle Left) Firebrand [2] - LV 90, 2350 exp, 45000 HP, Map - The Inferno Chamber (Middle Left) Nightshadows - LV 100, 3600 exp, 70000 HP, Map - The Wrath of Night (Top Left) Crimsowood Guardian - LV 120, 6100 exp, 120000 HP, Maps - Crimsonwood Mountain, Eternal Vigilance (Middle Right) Do NOT enter the Middle Right room in The Hall of Mastery! Crimsonwood Guardians are in there also. How To Get To Crimsonwood Keep Here it is! How to get to Crimsonwood Keep! [HD] I hope this video helps you with the Jump Quest. Training Level Suggestions As a DK, HP wont really be a problem for you. Crimsonwood Guardians have the highest touch damage and they only do about 3k damage to you so just dont anger them. (One of their magic attacks do about 4-5k) The only real thing you will have to worry about when getting to Crimsonwood Keep are Bigfoots on the way to the Jump Quest and the Dark Menhir during the Jump Quest. (I recommend that you do the quest for the Mark of Heroism as soon as possible) You can train in any of theses rooms using either a Polearm or a Spear. I personally started maxing PA Fury at 70 and did most of my training using that. I use a Sky Ski from time to time and you can train using spears just as fine in those rooms, mobbing is a bit slower but kills are faster so it pays off. ~Windraiders~ Solo: The level that I would suggest to start training on these would be 65 and you can train on them up to about 75. Party: Many classes party while training on these monsters a |
