I wanted to make a gunslinger, but I couldn't really find pros and cons to help me decide. This is mainly for 2nd job btw (Cuz i doubt I'll get to 3rd job anytime soon..) Can you help me add to these: Pros: Fun, Fast Cons: Very weak, not wanted in pqs (for the most part) I can't really say they're fun because I haven't had one, but most people say they are. I'm one of those people who tend to quit characters after i get to level 4x or 5x..do you think I'll be able to continue the gunslinger if I make one? Lastly, on a fun scale of 1 to 10, where do you think slingers fall?

you probally wouldn't stick with one for very long you have to have alot of patience (since they stink until 3rd job for the most part)

Pros: Fast, very mobile, elemental attacks in third, second strongest class after 3rd job Cons: Bullets need recharging, weak in first and second job.

if you dont plan on reaching 3rd/4th job, i really have to discourage u from making a slinger....

Gunslingers are horrible until 50 or 60 something. Mine is level 32 right now, I do (and have done for the past 31 levels), pitiful damage

Well, I want to make it to 3rd and 4th, it'll just take a me a while (I'm a slow leveling in general, no matter what class). I have a brawler, but I (personally) don't like the fact that they're horrible if you don't know how to do do combos with them. And sometimes I just get lazy and don't want to use so many different skills =/

im at Lv62 and so close to 3rd Job WOOT! i'll get 3rd job in like 4days cause im a very fast lvler and GS are fun

And sometimes I just get lazy and don't want to use so many different skills =/" combos make brawlers fun XD people enjoy the diversity in attacks. gunslingers do extremely low dmg until lvl 70. from the 1st point you add into burst fire, you instantly see almost +2K dmg increase in your attacks. i spent my lower lvls relatively funded with a 10 att wg, zhelm, str cape(i was low str), 100%ed gun and i barely hit 500,500 with double shot at around lvl 51. in the low 30s, i lvled relatively fast with trade wins at cpq. it wasnt until lvl 51 where i was slowed a little. but later i got back into my training spirit and was able to reach 70. training becomes so much easier at lvl 70+ im just worried about your lvl 51-70. lmpq gets extremely repatative and boring in my opinion. and you dont seem like you enjoy grinding. like i said, if you dont think you can take the 19 levels of grinding, dont make a slinger XD

I'm probably going to lmpq from 51 - 70. Mainly because I need the money for later levels =/ And thanks for your answers :]
