I bought 2 $20 Ultimate Game Cards, and i went on the Nexon site and selected PayByCash $30, And i entered in both codes from both cards & it only charged me 30k NX. I still have $10 left in the card but i tried redeeming the cards again for the $10 left but it says "you have already redeemed this card" Is there any way to get that $10 left? Or what can i do?

tick it or report to the ultimate thing and say there was a bug did you already use it?

It doesn't work like a gift card, once you use it, even if you use it for only 5$ worth of stuff and it has $20 on it, its all gone. That $10 is gone.

duh... u pick $30.. u shoulda put 2 20's instead.. theres no refund after u put in $40 for a $30 option -_-.. ur fault lols. EDIT: sry i meant 4 10's.. theres no 20's lol ;X

there is no amount when you redeem cards... unless you hit charge account and clicked 30$ you payed 30 bucks for it.... you have to click use card and enter codes
