32 GB of RAM? Most OS'es only use up to a max of 2 or 3 GB.

No you can't. No graphics card, No HD, no powersupply, No motherboard, No Monitor If you had those and jsut didn't mention, you still can't. 32 GB DDR5 RAM is too low, you need about 50 GB. Trust me, I had to waste a couple thousand dollars to fix that mistake.
