10k NX gone.

Well last night, I sold a 10 luk earring for 25k nx and spent 5k on a new pet. With the remaining 20k , I spent 1k in MTS and was left with exactly 19364 NX... When I logged in this morning, I had only 9364. 10k of my NX had disappeared; I checked my transaction log and MTS history and confirmed that I had not spent any of that NX. I already logged a ticked to Nexon, but does anyone know why I experienced this problem or has anyone had a similar problem?

ooo~ that sucks, like you said log a ticket that all you can do. Also, when you get low amounts of nx try to spend it all in like 3 days.

I bought 35k nx once and 10k just disappeared -.-. And i had 25k nx left...

Log onto nexon.net and see if you (or in this case, someone else) made any Nx transactions o-o The only other explanation I could think of is that the pet package ended up glitching and you paid for the meso bag/item pouch/food/the pet separately.

lol why buy pets i think there just useless anyway same with clothes they will expire sooner or later i use my nexon for gacha and when i buy nexon il be sure to finish it the same day

They will respond to your ticket pretty quickly. I logged a ticket and I got an un-automated response from a GM. Best of luck!
