Question about Barrage.

I have a question about Barrage's damage... even though i'm pretty much never on and when i am i'm probably not training, so it's most likely i'll have quit long before i'm even close to the 4th job because there's too much else for me to do unlike during the summer where i don't have anything to do... but still, i've seen people attacking with Barrage, and the skill says 230% damage 6 times on the skill description, but i see the damage escalating as the number increases, so how does this work? Does the first punch do 230% damage then it increases by some % or does it start somewhere and go up to 230%? ._.

The crits are also multiplied, in case you didn't know that.

As the other guy got his question answered, i'll ask a question as well, because the topic fits good anyway; When using Barrage, i see that people use a lot of spells between the hits. Does it have a cooldown between casts? And if so, exactly how long? Also, does demolition escalate the same way as barrage, and if so, does anyone have the chart for it?

Lots of spells between the hits? o.o Combos? It's like BStep. There is technically no black thing covering it, but a slight pause. ~ 1.5 second or so Oh. Demolition says 'Strikes a monster 400 % 8 times. So its 3200 % o.o
