"Payment refund from Nexon America Inc."

So two days ago I bought 10k on my mule account with my usual Paypal account. Today I got two duplicate emails from Nexon saying "Payment refund from Nexon America Inc.". In the email it says: "Hello ****, You received a full or partial refund of $5.00 USD from Nexon America Inc.." And they sent me two refunds of 5 dollars each. I don't get it, why did they refund me? Can my char get banned for this? My paypal account and Nexon account are both legal, so what are they on about? Note: I recently changed my email on my paypal acc if that matters.

if they refund you, that means for some reason they didn't give you nx. i don't think they'll ban your account anyway.
