Assuming a bishop or Am can ko them which would be the better place to leech?

Higher level monster is always better leech. Harps in this case.

Pretty sure Wolf Spiders are worse because you have to walk around more. Harps are like you stay in one place and walk through the platforms every 4 minutes or something just to loot them go back to your spot.

Just go to Harps. You don't have to jump a lot and its easy to leech. Also spawn is great and exp is almost the same as wolf spiders(Red harps are 1.1k exp?Blue harps are 800 exp?) Wolf spiders are 1.2k each but lots of running involved. So what do you want more? Quantity or Quality?
