OMG where is Anne?

I took a 2 year brake from maple and I am back on, I am now doing that quest for leaf earrings and now I have to find Anne but she isn't where she used to be 2 years ago. Can anyone tell me her new location?

Not sure why my answer got deleted: She was removed very recently in the last big patch-which is why the guides aren't useful to look up right now.

Our Victoria Island is now a replicated version of KMS's. If I can find where KMS put Anne, I can find where Anne is here. Bob the Snail isn't in KMS though.
