Mortal Blow or Thrust

I'm lvl115 and all my other skills are set where i want them to be, all that is left is mortal blow and thrust, im questioning if i should max mortal blow or get thrust to lvl15. Apparently mortal blow is helpful people say, but i heard that if it does the 100% kill to a monster u dont get all the exp. Also people also told me that mortal blow is useless because of dragon breath. im not sure which to do, a little help please?

Do you currently see yourself using Mortal Blow? If so, get it. If you find yourself needing speed, get Thrust.

the new patch made the wack range shorter, so not as useful as before. as for thrust, just put enough points to allow you to have max speed with speed if u plan to get it.

Putting thrust is a good idea, but you have a mount, Thrust is also good in training I dont know much about MB, so go for thrust

how bout 10 mb 10 thurst? 50% activation rate for MB (i think) and 20 speed?

Get Thrust. You'll want to be able to Bow Whack instead of Mortal Blow with Hurricane for sure.

I personally like Mb. (Maxed it ) Its opinion basically. I like it because I can hit quite a bit of damage with it .

I have MB maxed. It rarely autokills when I train so it would do little to my %/hr. And, I slammed my first 5 digit number with max MB (with SE) :D It's very useful if you want to still be able to deal great damage when you get overwhelmed by monsters. If you tend to get a little careless with mobs, it's a skill to get.

I 2nd this question, even though my ranger is only lvl 76, i plan on maxing inferno, so it limits me to 21 eagle, so I wasn't sure which to do. I could either: A. Max MB and leave thrust at 0 (my first instictive thought since i plan on getting a mount and i rarely even walk when I train.) B. get 10 thrust and 15 MB (I already have a +20 speed boost from my eqiups (kandiva + cape) so 10 thrust is enough, the downside is I feel MB won't be as effective. C. Max thrust leave MB @ 5 (with this i can get 140 speed with only a speed pill, so I can get way better eqiupment AND won't need a mount, downside MB would suck.) So my real question is, just how good is MB? and is it worth maxing?

I hardly use my mount since you can't pot while on your mount. As for thrust and mb I'll most likely max mb and leave thrust at 10 since it isn't as sp effective as mb or hawk.

I maxed MB and I'm quite happy with it. You get like a burst of blue laser light that can do a very high amount of damage close up. I also chose to get some speed for Thrust. The thing I had to cut short was Inferno. I like the stun factor of Arrow Bomb anyway.

I have max speed with lvl 10 thrust, so I maxed MB.
