When should I start going to newties? I'm a lv 105 ranger with a horrible 99 atk arund. My range is like 9**-17** is that bad? Also I'm joining a Pap party Thanks P.S. It wants me to be more descriptive so... yadayadayadayadayadayadayadayadayadayadayadayadayadayada And a godly overall

Post extenders or topic extenders are there for a reason, try actually being more descriptive. You know your weapon is horrible, so why ask? Most of your thread is just statements, I see one question. Go to Newties when you have 21 Hawk if you're over level 100.

I don't know about rangers, but I started Jr.Newties at level 88. They were really good training for me. Or at least until I quit for like a year...

30 strafe is good enough to attack. As for dex overall, 100%s ftw. And your bow, ya you will need an upgrade but you should be able to get great exp at newties with your range.

Basically what kev said, 21+ hawk is a must and over level 100. As for damage, I don't know your other equips so I'd say get a better bow.
