Well, it's been 2 weeks and 1 day if I remember correctly since I consumed any form of caffeine. After school, there was a Redbull car in our parking lot giving away a bunch of cans to students. I asked for 3, not realizing that I stopped drinking caffeine 2 weeks ago. Currently, they're sitting in the fridge. Would it be so bad if I drank them? What kind of effect would reintroducing caffeine into my system be?

I wasn't addicted in any way or form, but I did have maybe 3-4 cans of coke a week. But if it won't cause much harm, then I'd like to maximize the effect I get because flushing the system of caffeine was a lengthy process.
