I heard theres a quest that allows you to get icys for 2k or something and i'm wondering which it is?

have you tried to look it up yourself first? in case you didn't know yet, you can find quite much on hidden-street.net. I personally thought you would have to finish a real long chain of quest, ending with fallen warriors (lvl 80 quest) after which you could buy icicles and nlc return scrolls from the npc who gave the quests. I hope I helped. But if I am wrong, I would like somebody else to give the right answer. (even though I think I know alot about maplestory, i am still learning)

Yeah instead of telling me to look up hidden street help me and lok at it urself. i have looked at it and it doesnt have anything on this quest however often hidden street is slightly outdated

I actually tried to look it up for you. I didn't find it, but still. The hidden-street part was actually a tip so you could use it next time you were unsure of something. I know, just like you, that hidden-street is slightly outdated. But have you ever heard of source comparision? (I don't know how to spell this, ) You can search things on hidden-street and compare them with information you find here, wether it is in the database or in the forums. The search function may not be perfect, but if you would do a small bit of effort, you could probably find something about this. I hope you understand my post better now, and I hope I didn't offend you. (since that wasn't my goal)

The quest should be the one with collecting Phantom Seeds and turning them to Taggrin. Consequently, he will allow you to trade with Mo the seller, which in return sells Icicles.

theres no wrong way into finding the trees unless hes trying to find the npcs

just stay in bent tree, 5 trees spawn there, and keep changing channel.
